Nothing to like in this company. If negative marking option available for rating, I will choose minus five.

Dislikes

1. No salary credit on time. 2. No increment policy. Employee working without increments from 4 to 5 years. 3. No promotion or dummy promotion (Without increment promotion given). 4. No transportation facility. In the bus with 72 passenger capacity, they are sending 100 passengers. 5. HR is very casual and careless during any health emergency. One employee fall down due to health issue and HR not provided any support or even car to her. Colleagues only saved her life. 6. No clear instructions that in which hospital health insurance will work. 7. Policies work differently for different employees. For some employees, there is 5 working days and for some employees there are 6 working days while all are working for same company.

Likes

Its situated in free zone area. So 3 years visa. Located close to metro station. Convenient for commutation with public transport system.

Dislikes

The management chanss every three years. Then its 'our management, our people' policy. People not on either side are sacrificed brutally. Special domains, especially cost centers should be careful for their career.
