Salary matter but most important work culture, relation with other staff much more supportive. Linger around for work, Pass on the work on other solders , careless attitude , No Motivation , No proper leave policy , Politics but can handle very well , no proper appraisal system as per work , no one follows the hierarchy . no value of deserving staff.
