There is a heavy workload of getting policies and sales which is very tough to get popicies on dailg basis to achieve target.

Self defined working hours with dignity and job security. More you work more you earn just like business. No fraudulent on system level. It's cool to work with world biggest life insurance company as I think it is.

Salary is not being provided to the agent as they work hard and fail some time to get new business. One more thing to be addressed is all services should be available at all office for the agent as collect the required forms, and to submit loan,neft request for the client benefit.

You are always thinking about the lic customers and give importance to the customers and immediately settlement option after policy maturity.l like that

...es and more benefits from mutual fund.So many people thinking this long period . some people I loss my money from lic ,we have to pay two years but they are not giving back my money.this is my survey till now.

Good environment for work . Every employee has cooperative in nature they were very helpful.

...�. Ok but not useful for permanent job you can work as part time job as there.Only senior management and marketing department get salary.

Salary structure and promotion policy is good. Peon also get promotion upto Divisional manager. Or more than that. Other fringe benefits are also good

The work culture may spoil your nature buliding, may erase your good cuture and you may become habitual with spoiled office culture. Though you get promotion but you will not get respect and satisfaction of job. Unions are acts like criminal gangs, your knowledge and study becomes zero in front of the gangs
