Very terrible management about worst timing, worst holidays policy, site incharge will make sure that u need not get to know about companies leave policies, etc etc. Literally a dictatorship no way to talk about leaves and work timings in a democratic way. The worst ever leave policy I faced on my entire career span of 7 years

If you think to join Liebherr EMT division then think twice before leave your current company. Company doesn't support anyhow at any level and management only play blaming game and to let down their juniors. Ultimately it's your decision but really think many times before join Liebherr EMT division.

The liebherr family is very good and positive thinking and responsive.

I am only talking about heavy machinery manufacturing related. the Liebherr family needs to focus on India and because India is a very big market; therefore, there is a need to change the entire management in India. The logistics and warehousing head is associated with procurement and has zero knowledge in warehousing and he talks about everything by looking it up on Google. He does not understand that there is a lot of difference between Google and floor knowledge. The logistics and warehousing head today is only working in that position because he is a friend of the current MD. If a genuine knowledgeable MD comes, he will be fired. Similarly, many deputy managers, logistics executives, only follow that person and seem to be securing their own jobs, but they do not realize that due to this, they are distroy own career his hand; those who are used to working in their comfort zone can never progress. Liebherr's name is very big in the world but the Indian management is careless and negligent; they don't have a business development strategy or anything, and as compared Liebherr you have seen how Sany and Liugong have progressed in the past few months and years.
