There is nothing to like about this company. Worst company I have ever worked with.

Everything because there is nothing to like about this company. Firstly company suddenly informed that they are closing this company and not even provided the salary and F&F for many employees. Very bad work culture too. It's better to sit jobless instead working in this shit company.

Company don't have good leads on which their employees even work on. They giving proper cold purchasable leads . jo 1 rupaiye ki 100 leads milti hai . Company dont have future plans. Don't have enough funds to give even good leads.

They give salary not in 1st they give salary to the 7th day of the month. No future planning . The managers and the senior stuff dont have solution to the problems.

Very very bad company don't work there didn't gave my 60days salary not just mine but also the whole HR &SALES TEAM THEY DIDN'T PAY ANYONE AND WITHOUT ANY NOTICE FIRED EVERYONE AT THE SAME DAY

...they ask their employees to work for 14-16 hours in a day with video cameras on. By doing 14-16 hrs per day they'll give you salary deduction, absenteeism and termination letter. They work on only one rule i.e. HIRE AND FIRE.

Dislikes

They change your designation as per their requirement without asking your concern. Processes, manager, your designation, salary, targets etc are unstable. They are ruining the future of our youth, parents, children and employees. Worst company to work with. Toxic culture, organizational politics and no work life balance. They simply put you in the PIP and instead of giving training, they'll terminate you.

Work culture and the people were worst. They didn’t paid me salary and incentives for which we worked and performed top in sales. Lay off happened one day from nowhere.

Everything, work life balance, people, culture, and FNF still not received.
