Last 5 years am working in this organization really I like this job i got 2promotion in licious, but last 1 year am not interested to work here. Main reason our South cluster head, (sumanth) , he don't no how talk with employees...

...behaviour with our South cluster head, and management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but manager behavior is very bad so employees are trying to move out of this organization.

- Free hand by the founders to everyone across the floor. People are free to drive their own initiatives to add value to Licious; - The talent on the entire floor is very good

Dislikes

...y leadership exits, nobody is able to stay for a long time because of the toxic work culture; - Licious is not the best pay master in the market, they try to cut corners with everyone and get the 200% out of everyone by paying 50% of what they deserve.

They encourage you to take independent decisions. You are empowered in your work. Challenging tasks which will keep you engaged. Very friendly and supportive colleagues.

Overtime without pay. High attrition and weak knowledge transfer.

...edule, time. Licious will fool you in finalizing C.T.C ask them actual in hand. As they have shits like variable pay, bonuses etc. No employees safety is considered released at 11 ,12 midnight.
