Long working hours throughout year. unskilled and under qualified seniors. No training. No hr policies. they don't have hr wing except for head office. Biases like any other psu culture. Transfers are at mercy of management

During covid 19 no one get salary or any compensation from LICHFL. No work no pay.

We think that LICHFL will help us to grow our future career, but we are wrong. All of we doing permanent job before joining LICHFL,now we think why should we leave that job.

It is a company that provides good compensation for the work we do. However promotion structure at officer cadres are rigid and long office hours are the norm. Overall if one is willing to compromise a bit on work life balance , it is good company to work for.
