Working experience good but groth power is average. Basic salary very low othrwise company owners very good person & staff friendly

Basic salary in very low. When PF and ESI are deducted, one has to speak many times and gets a confirmation letter in 1 to 2 years or it may be that one does not get it at all and has to fight for one's rights.

No job security. Everything is as per owner’s mood. They don’t want to upgrade themselves in anyway for employees. They trust new employees over old & loyal ones

Management is very poor, they don’t use their own brains but just go as per the people who are in their good books. Politics is at its peak.

There is a lot of politics and the management system very bad & poor. Career growth is slow. If any body left the job,company will not give full and final payments. Matlab company paise maar leti hai.
