Mismanagement, Rude managers without technical knowledge, Gives wrong picture to upper management They do politics and with removing employees without proper evidence MAD HR , they only support upper management There is no grievance team to look employees complaint

Very friendly work culture, employee caring Company. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike for top performers. No of training session free linkedIn learning facility available. International trip for Top performers.

As a sales executive working in liberty was good, everything will be fine, salary on time, culture was amazing, professional behavior everything is good

There is no job security, as a sales executive in liberty our process will shift to pune and company said u will continue to pune otherwise leave this job .. that's why j m switch the company now
