Most probably I got the salary on time but sometimes it get delay for 1-2 days.

1. The development and digital marketing teams sit in one place, so there is a huge scope for learning between the 2 teams. 2. The project manager of the development team is very cooperative. 3. Fun Fridays takes place once a month 4. Christmas Parties, Office tours, picnics are part of the fun 5. I got my releasing letter and final settlement. 6. 1 week leave during Christmas

Dislikes

1. Salary deductions for leaves 2. Double sandwich policy on leaves and salary deductions 3. Phones are submitted during working hours 4. HR changes every few months, weak HR policy 5. Strict Hire to Fire policy 6. Shabby Office space 7. There is no provision for monthly salary slips. Salary slips get generated on-request. 8. Salary rarely gets credited on time. 9. No PF and other social security 10. All leaves promised before joining are subject to change.

Liberating Solution has been an incredibly rewarding workplace. I particularly appreciate the interesting projects that continuously challenge and engage me. The camaraderie among coworkers is a definite plus, fostering a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Our team leader is nothing short of amazing, providing guidance and support when needed. It's a rare find to have a boss as cool and approachable as ours. The flexible working hours are a great fit, and it's refreshing to know that performance is recognized and rewarded. Most importantly, our boss truly understands our needs and consistently goes the extra mile to support us in our roles. We also get salaries on time. So that's an neat little point for those who are concerned while reading this.

Dislikes

Nothing much but if I had to pinpoint a downside, it would be the occasional need to stay an extra hour. While it's an investment in the long run, transportation can become an issue for some.

Likes

From the moment get-go, I loved the ambiance and everything related to my office. The work is challenging which keeps me sharp as a tack and I am always learning and evolving. Employees are not micromanaged which gives them the breathing space to work creatively and add more value to the business. As a company, this culture, that they have adopted, shows me a promising future here at Liberating Solution. I think what makes this company unique is its leadership. The transparency maintained is evident enough for employees to trust and work in this company, plus all the growth opportunities it presents.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't like is, that the company throws way too many parties. ;-) I mean every three months they give goodies to performers, come on! who does this? Probably this is one reason some disgruntled employees still write negative reviews. Guess I need to tell the boss man to stop throwing parties and giving recognition to employees.

Very bad company culture. Mainly the hr is very rude they don't know the professionalism. First of all i have completed the 2 round of interview with machine test round i cleared the machine test and manager also tel me your test is fine you clear the test and then the hr telling me you are rejected we have not interested to proceed with you. Very bad experience i have. Mainly hr behaviour is very bad. thank you
