Seniors and Higher Management are easily approachable for knowledge sharing. Young and enthusiatic team members create a good environment to work. Occassional events organized by the company help in good employee engagement.

Dislikes

Suggestion- A bit of work appreciation and some rejig in salary structure will boost confidence and will motivate a lot of employees.

Increment too less. Working culture in angul is not soo good After working 3-4 months will get frustrated by office employees of liasotech.
