Good working in LGC I left LGC three years back but had excellent working experience the atmosphere of LGC is good. Love to work in LGC

it's okay when you are starting your career

Dislikes

management needs to groom, should learn lots, mainly they have lack of knowledge, how to balance healthy working environment. they have more focus on micromanagement. But it's okay to start your career. Stay there for 1 or 1.5 years, make yourself introduce to industry culture, etc. Better to leave within 8 months.
