I does not like , after I complete 5+year , I have shifted to my native , I didnot get the job in lg , my native is Agartala, near by branch is Guwahati, they can gv any job also there, but no one helping, so many sales in Agartala branch.

Work life balance is really hard to maintain.In Every situation seniors investors office at 8:30am and then we have to go to work which goes to 9:pm. Talking sense like it's not a brand LG but a local company which has no reputation.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Talking about job security in COVID time they give full salary and support to working from home. Company policy are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment and culture and company policies are good and better but salary inquiries it's very low

Salaryis decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 which you cannot resign and incentive structure it's very rong

Salary and work also good but, i miss small small happyness in my life..you can't spend more time with family and friends
