As a quality engineer, I'll get more time free than production department

Dislikes

Worst canteen foods . Management nepotism. No good salary hike. Frustrated environment. Security guard also behave like the partners of the company. No respect given for engineers. You can't learn anything from your HODs because they don't have knowledge about their own respective field. Not able to work if you are a enginner and seeking the best salary , because they don't consider you are a professional degree holder rather than they will treat you like casual labour. Finally this company is not fitted for the professional engineers and you can't learn anything from that company. No free transport provided.

Company does not address issues of employees and not taking care on employees benefit.. Leaves are not encashed and not able to utilise them also due to manpower shortage. Hard working people are not appreciated or promoted.. Promises made by management on promotion or increment on Salary are not honoured...

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
