There are sometimes politics,salary good but career growth is slow.there is a contract bond 2 year before which you cannot resign.

Senior operators and shift incharges are very good and they share their knowledge to every willing juniors.....enngineer and production managers are also so friendly and you can gather a better knowledge....good working atmosphere.....friendly colleagues....

...s always overtime for operators even if they are not willing....no week offs....over time salary is very less....the reason why i left the company was only because of their overtime pressure on me and my colleagues

Not support covid-19 . regular salery will be reduced 100% to 50 but working days will same .and shift timings also increased 8hrs to 10hrs .And it amount also less normal days to vivid days .
