The company is good for freshers ,they can start their career as trainee engineer,here you can improve your technical knowledge and learn manpower control,

Minus points of this company is ,they give very low salary to the freshers,, and btech degree holders are also appointed as apprenticeship .

In the initial stage of career, it's very good place to learn. But it's not the place to grow. All the team members will be friendly and the work environment will also be good.

Extra hours work with no compensation. Work pressure will be quite high

As a quality engineer, I'll get more time free than production department

Worst canteen foods . Management nepotism. No good salary hike. Frustrated environment. Security guard also behave like the partners of the company. No respect given for engineers. You can't learn anything from your HODs because they don't have knowledge about their own respective field. Not able to work if you are a enginner and seeking the best salary , because they don't consider you are a professional degree holder rather than they will treat you like casual labour. Finally this company is not fitted for the professional engineers and you can't learn anything from that company. No free transport provided.

...nagement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming policies are good.appraidals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
