Nothing is good in this Company, the management is very terrifying and some managers and main boss behaving like we are their personal servant. If any small mistake found from your side, believe me that you will be fired out of company ( they loved their products more then people Life ) No fix timing of doing job , if you work for company ( thinking good about company) managers and boss under valued yourself. They are using third class raw materials and manufacturing fail material . Overall they have to sell API's at lower value because of material it have bad quality - Remember we all are taking medicines which contains their API's.

No health insurance. No canteen facilities. Only 4 PH in a year. No overtime and company out time not fixed. Management is not perfect desition.

Only marathi staff No value of Gujarat's person Only value off marathi person No mediclam no canteen No GMP API is full off mixing. Dispatch only fail products. Not good for health Working area is very poor.. Dangerous for health. Full of politics Many more bad things.

Never work in lewens lab lots of sparsality in this company so I have personally sajeseted not work in this company he was given very high rise you but working stile was very bed

Job was not secure and you have to work your self no opretor can provide i have 12 years experience before join but he was not give any respect and I have worked like opretor.so have left this company.
