...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They play like a good and bad cop. The office is good.

Dislikes

...ms. Hold salaries and expenses and later ask people to work on commission basis. In CTC vs salary credit to the employee there is a big difference, they deduct bonus/gratuity from the CTC and never pay it to the employee and they don't have proper answer to these query. No systems only lala type mentality.

As I am not marwadi to there is nothing for me. If you are marwadi, congratulations you have cracked the jackpot. You and your next generation will work with th owner's family. Mind it I said owner's family not this company, coz this company won't service till 2028.

Poor management sorry no management Mannerless Owner, GM, DGM HR is just for name Never cleared the FNF of ex employee (me too) so there we all have filed a case. You can Google and check

The organization takes care of all the employees. They do provide food and accommodation for all employees who are not locals or have home in Silvassa. There are lot of opportunities available for all. There is no invisible glass ceiling for female employees which can hamper their career growth. Major office staff consists of female employees who are at good positions depending on their qualification and capabilities. The work environment is cheerful. There are no work restrictions and employee can maintain work and personal life balance properly. The company had also borne travel and stay charges for all employees including worker level employees during lockdown when the health care industry were allowed to function and public transports were not an option. Noone micromanages your work and not even your own manager. You do get a free hand to work on your tasks. Just keeping in mind the deadlines you have promised the company for all tasks.

Dislikes

Traveling to or staying in Silvassa can be challenging if you do not have your family and friends here. It gets dull after a period of time.

Easy reach to higher management and higher opportunity to self-learn...

Dislikes

No experienced person to guide, internal politics is very high, managers gives threats to employees that if they doesn't perform well, they will not get salary, they might loose job, etc even when fresher are only trying to self learn... No scope for instrumentation person in the company.
