Except learning nothing is good at Leverage Edu. I would suggest not to join leverage edu. Toxic place and employee retention is too high. Every month 40-45 employees left the organisation or they terminate the employee. No work life balance. They call you at 3am night, on sunday or even though if you are not well. No job security and fake commitment

Dislikes

... to run the company. Bunch of toxic people who is just using money of investors. They not pay salary and incentive on time. Fake appraisal promises. If they want something they will needing that in half n hr and if you expect something than please don’t worry you will not get it

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
