They just show that there employees are happy but the reality is they cut the pay and don't give the promised incentives I've been waiting for my incentives since 6 months . They don't even pay attention to the BDAs and ignore their concerns

horrible work environment, and no work-life balance. The office shift was from 10:30-7:30 but we were supposed to be there from 9:30-8:30. The Senior manager and higher authorities were all terrible. I still remember the time when my SM called my entire team scolded us and asked us to push our limits and work like crazy he even told us that he was supposed to go on leave as his Grandmother died(may god rest her soul) but instead he is still in the office and working because work comes first. This is not how you encourage people to work for you. Please work on understanding your employees and encourage them to have a work-life balance.

They attract you with a good salary but it's a trap. They set unrealistic targets and force to achieve the same. They call employees on 10 and leave them at 8:30-9(even 9:30 at times). They force you to work even in Sundays. There's no work life balance and mostly managers are hired from BYJUS so they have created a environment just like byjus. And also there is Performance improvement Plan where if you don't perform well you are put under this plan but managers force employees to resign so that they donot have to pay them as they haven't performed well.

... higher management is open to discussion so you can discuss your problems etc The environment of the company is okay, salary is given on time

If your manager is good then you will have a good experience but if your manager is not good then you'll actually feel you are in toxic environment. Alot of politics between managers that i habe seen. So it's your luck who is your manager

It is the best company as far as growth opportunities and salary structure. I was a little uncertain about joining the company with Saturday working but now I am glad that I made this choice and working here is always fun.
