Very pathetic pay for a medical doctor. Unnecessary cases though the uploaded prescriptions are valid. Half of the time is wasted waiting for the patients to receive the call. Can hardly complete 5 cases out of 15 calls. Feels like customer care services and not Doctor. Instead make the patients call the doctor, and the available doctor can pick the call.

... u are working as a doctor. U should work like anything to get a better payment. Its 15/- rs per call so just think how many calls u should make to get a good salary. They will be ruling us, as if they are the doctors who doesn't know anything about prescription validation.So pls dont work for such less payment.

MANY PATIENTS SELF PRESCRIBE MEDICINE TO THEMSELVES,SOMETIMES WHICH MIGHT BE HARMFUL..AS A DOCTOR AFTER LISTENING TO THEIR SYMPTOMS I RECTIFY IT.

1)salary is horribly low 2)you need to teleconsult also u need to upload the prescription for which you get paid 15 rs,that too if we confirm the order,and many cases online we have to reject as they are either asking for wrong medicine or some medicine which cnt be prescribed online 3)some patients are horribly rude,your mood will instantly go down after listening to them,no matter how well you behave some patients are speaking very badly to the doctor's 4)it's not at all worthy

My sincere advice please don't misguide the students after completing our doctorate studies you guys are not doing fair job by paying very very much less not minimum wages also.. At least maintain company standards ..this is to your HR
