Cafeteria is worst street dogs roam arround in canteen which is very unhygienic and every employee is feed up with this but management doesn't care.

...E IS A SCHOOL MONITOR THAN A MANAGER. YOU DON'T GET PAID FOR EXTRA LOG IN HOURS. MOST OF THE TIME WE HAD TO WORK FOR 25 TO 30 MINITUES EXTRA WITHOUT EXTRA PAY.

Not satisfied with job because of the micromanaging people and their gossiping nature.Very inexperienced staff as leads. No promotions or appraisal for work. Creating unnecessary pressure and havoc at work for targets .z

The only benefit is fixed weekend off and company pick up and drop.

Dislikes

No learning, no skill improvement, no promotion if you are not favourite of management, very less annual salary increment, horrible break management where if you exceed the break for even a minute you lose half day salary.

Limited Break time not unlimited, Cell phone need to kept in locker,no proper bike parking space , Electricity power cut issues for 2 minutes,old hardware system,they are now upgrading slowly -slowly,Ac problem happens. And about work Re- repeats the given task ,not new things to learn in desktop engineer profile and so many things are there.
