There is no such things that can be like specially for Leoch India. Good thing is that as a global level Leoch has good brand repo. But In India ( Uplus battery) it's terrible. Product quality is good but operation/management is poor

Dislikes

Very narrow vission of management (India) Toxic culture Office like small grocery shop owner mentality No business ethics Always stock shortage ( no planning to maintain stock) Full of favouritism culture HO - Singapore is not focusing on India business. Abusing language using in office Always top to down instructions, even India management not trying to listen the market trends and demands. Very filtered communication passes to HO- Singapore.
