They have not yet paid my salary for the last two months. I suggest be very cautious about the company. Everything what in the website is totally wrong. When I joined the first day I came to know everything.

Dislikes

Pretty much everything. And if you try leaving the company, forget about your salary, fnf. You will never get your KRA. You are expected to work a lot more than working timings, but not a minute less than official timings. No wfh.

*Making fool to Client and selling fraud product. *No values of employee *only interested in salary deduction * Director unable to focus on business growth, His focus only on reduction of salary *No KRA ,No appraisal, no performance * false commitments to client and all false information to client including employee head count ,office address and roles of employee will keep on changing for client. * No HR policy in place * No policy in favour of employee * No antivirus in system * As per director mood policy will change * Zero motivation even if you do excellent work *No vision to grow * making fools and taking curse from poor employees * company will not grow and will collapse in 2022 end

Nothing is good. You will regret after you join.

Dislikes

Terrible place to work. Zero honesty. Salary cuts introduced without any prior notice. Appraisals given but the salary hike was not paid to many employees. Notice period will be suddenly increased to 3 months although it's not legal. Management thinks employees do not work when wfh is granted. No trust on employees although it's the management that is dishonest with employees as well as client. No salary in notice period. Imagine no salary for three months and then final settlement not done months after exit. Work culture is toxic. Every hour will be tracked. All tasks are completed with minimal time. While giving estimates to client they will force employee to cut the time and then blame employee if task not completed in time. So all tasks are completed in hurry with poor quality.

Company will rarely fire you and hence you will get good amount of time to learn new things.

... amount on time. Appraisal are as usual always delayed by minimum 8 to 9 Months. Micro Management and they will keep track of your Punch IN and Punch OUT for attendance and also deduct your salary if its less than 9Hrs of IN Time.
