...y policy, any time any moment uneducated management team changed their policy. May be they will decrease your salary for undigestible reason in middle of the year, And HR team will say we forgot to mention this deductible point on your salary structure. And main point THIS COMPANY IS NOT PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF JOINING LETTER OR APPOINTMENT LETTER. If you want this documents to HR, then you need to use slang language to HR to get your letters. After that also, no any guaranty to get. HR team is not capable to handel the company. For example, if your salary came less in this month, so you will tell to HR about this. Then, HR say to you next month definitely will come that amount of money with your salary. Very good, But the twist is this same process you will repeat and repeat again in every month, but that amount of money is not came until you use of slang language to your manager or HR.

M/S Leo precision products Pvt Ltd, is on of the mould manufacturing company, dealing with cap & closer, preform mould and single stage blow moulding, like ASB international. My working experience with Leo precision products Pvt Ltd, is good, it is very fast growing company. Currently working as a design and New product development. About job security is good, work culture and management is average, company policies are best as per norms .
