Ambiguity of role, petty power struggles and lack of guidance from seniors due to flat reporting structure, not enough recognition of real effort and talent, innovations introduced in work proccess without proper thinking leading to chaos and confusion.

Absolutely nothing. I didn't even feel like going to work.

Dislikes

Almost everything. The term work life balance is non existent here. Almost everyone is pulling all nighters every night. it's physically and mentally exhausting. There is no mental peace working here. They even make you work on weekends without any extra pay

The work culture is pathetic & toxic. Joined with high hopes but the kind of pressure and abuses one has to go through is not worth it. Don't be surprised if your boss abuses you in front of the entire office and then expects you to work at anytime, anywhere. That's just LB for you!!
