Nothing is good about this company. Only one thing i will appreciate that company provided me job at difficult times of covid wherein other company were kicking employees out of the organization.

...cessary meetings at home. So dont expect good work culture from this company. Pay and Benefits:- So poor level and third class. Opmetrist get more salary than store manager just imagine and this freak company will encourage you as a leader all the time but in reality as a store manager you are that person who have to face all sought of workload pressure and you have to justify to the higher management no question asked to sales an optometrist so just imagine the condition in what position you are.And dont ask for incentives there incentive structure is too bad. you will get more demotivated. Job Security:- This is very crucial part where everybody wants to know again its too bad if you cant perform they dont give proper training or suggestion to improve yourself and after few months they will tell and force you from internal management to resign yourself. If you dont resign they will harass you transfer you to different location and they will put you in a non performing store and they will continue doing that until and unless you give up yourself. Management: So worst i have never seen no knowledge no respect of your position only internal politics work if you know how to butter your boss then you can expect some growth and improve in your career otherwise no respect in organization. would suggest to try out for a better organization dont fall for this job you will regret oneday for sure.

Lots of politics and no transparency in salary they will hire you in 3.60 package you will get only 2.40 lac per anum HR is not helpful they harass people on the time of exit so be careful

Completely low on Ethics. Reduces employee salary whenever they feel like it. Work pressure is moderate. Creates new SOP everyday. Asks employee to leave whenever they feel like it. No job security. Good thing is that it has created a brand image and you will be part of a brand. Nothing else to gain from it.

...f CEO is Critical, He keeps a Special Zoom Call everyday to pray for his Father. I mean Employees & their Families doesn't Matter ? Salary Deduction Started with a Cause that Stores are shutting down and Sales is not there. Everyone agreed with a 95% Polling but then they made it a policy and if you say anything about it on Zoom Call or HR, They straight away ask you that you can leave the Organisation and look for a new job. They have excellent SOP's / Protocols but they themselves don't follow them and if in any case Store Level staff missed it you have to bear salary deduction(Dare you ask anything). If you ask anything from HR, She is Like "I will Check, I Have to Check", She never has any answer to any question. Leadership Team will neither let you go and will nor let you work in peace. If you resign, You will get a sweet Call from AOM, ZM etc with some offer but it will be a lollypop only. Leaving this Organisation was so hard for me. Senior Management Does very good Mind wash which will lead you thinking twice thrice before resigning. I am writing this post just to make people aware whosoever is willing to join this company. Because From Last 3-4 Months this company is trying to through the Old SM Out and hire new ones on extremely Low salary.

Constructive Feedback is not meant for a Company Like Lenskart because Constructive Feedback is Given to those who are willing to change themselves but this company will never ever change. Poor Word is also a Very Tiny Word to Explain about this Company. This time when People needs support of each other, This company Started with an NGO "Lenskart Foundation" Wherein every single service you require will have to be paid by the Requestor but where are those funds going which they are Grabbing on the back of the NGO- CEO's Welfare (Yes You Heard it right).
