...enskart is doing fraud in the name of home try on or home eye test concept They just want a little thing to deduct money from salary. 12th pass people are doing eye test of patient we are playing with people's health(eye). I always pray, god please forgive us for doing this for food for our families.

Nothing here to like, not even single employee happy in home try on. we are traveling everyday 60km to 70km and sat-sunday 90km to 100km minimum they give us fuel allowance with lot of terms and conditions (in my team average 20% people's are earning fuel allowance), for the incentive we have to maintain 7 parameters if any parameter go down your incentive deducted, they deceased almost 50% incentive in last 4 month, management giving every month new incentive plans with decrease% and some new terms and condition. I'm requesting you guys please don't join here they don't have any respect to the employee, employees are slave here just like use and throw They are fooling employee and customers too...

🦻👎👎👎👊 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10. If you stand store for growth 📈 they not appreciate. Moral of story :- Waste time & experience. big👎👎👎

No support No growth They will cut your salary shink part even after it's mistake of backend an AOM worst experience even at time of FNF they will cut your salary If u r from Optical background n u want earn more money n switch your career to retail then u can join 0 experience will be added to your Optical field

Dislikes

Frequent shuffling of stores. Baised and unprofessional behaviour from AOM. Partiality and politics prevails within the cluster. If you are not a big Jalra then you have to suffer. All your efforts will not get unnoticed and will not be appreciated and your growth will be stopped by the AOM by giving bad remarks to the organisation. If you are a female employee then you can survive here, you will get all privilege by being nice to the AOM. Very cheap mentality.
