Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

...ntive for sales you made but impose so many condition and reject full incentive. All conditions were fulfilled and deducted salary for my leaves other than that they disallowed my full incentive of 10000/- on the ground that i came for 18 days (due to serious health issues ) out of required 22 days

No one can like yo work at unhygienic place... Management are completely worst. holding salary.. Incentives... Regular deductions.. Making working days on public holidays. Senior managers not have sense how to talk with junior, giving threats we will ruin your future.. Many more My heartful request to new joiner please seek other place than lenskart. Peyush bansal is driving their company in good manner but their management are completely worst.
