- Get to learn a lot. - Employees are entitled to enough leaves. - Flexible working hours(more emphasis is given on work done than on hours spent)

Dislikes

- There was a prolonged salary cut during COVID peak times. Salary cut for 2 whole quarter even after revenue have come to comfortable levels seems exploitation and no arrears were given for this cut. - No defined working hours and sometimes work extends over 12 hours.

Team co-ordination and bonding was absolutely amazing. Work environment was fabulous. I loved working in Lenskart. I started my career from Lenskart and learned a lot. I heartly thank Lenskart for giving my career a new boost.

Personally the only dislike was compensation according to my work and experience.

The only thing perfect is that your salary will get credited on time without any delay.

Work culture is pathetic, the upper management level will discriminate you according to your gender and religious.

Lenskart has no Regard for your personal life. They make you work 18-hour shifts under the guise of a 9-hour shift, without pay, and the incentive plan is huge, but no one ever gets it because they have found many ways to cut incentives. Working here is a lot of stress. After working for 3 years and managing 2 stores, I increased the revenue of the first store from 11 lakhs to 24 lakhs and the second store from 17 lakhs to 19 lakhs, but my salary saw no growth. They keep saying "what have you done?" There is no appreciation for the store manager or salespeople. They only appreciate optometrists because they think that without optometrists, they can't run the store, but they believe the store can easily run without salespeople and managers.
