Very good in terms of working and salary but Manager like those peoples who are doing lots of buttering and appraisal also happen on buttering talent not working talent So if you have good buttering and jokes cracking talent then Lenskart is a good place for you.

Manager like buttering peoples so not a good place for real hard working peoples who believe in hard work and then promoted on the bases of performance then Lenskart is not for you .If you are good story teller and you know lot's of joke then you future is bright in lenskart. So best of luck every one. Every thing absolutely dam correct on bases of my 3 years working experience with lenskart. Jitendra .Company is good but managers are very bad.

...his company. here we learn how to manage both production & manufacturing line. . In Lockdowm company support all employee, like as pay the salary to all employee without any work .And after opening the company , management arrange medical test for all employee and provide all PPE to all employee and time to time the company sanitized to all his area etc.

Here, I learn all type of the company rules and now i am looking for a good opportunities, where i can improved my technical skills and be a good engineer.

Lenskart has no Regard for your personal life. They make you work 18-hour shifts under the guise of a 9-hour shift, without pay, and the incentive plan is huge, but no one ever gets it because they have found many ways to cut incentives. Working here is a lot of stress. After working for 3 years and managing 2 stores, I increased the revenue of the first store from 11 lakhs to 24 lakhs and the second store from 17 lakhs to 19 lakhs, but my salary saw no growth. They keep saying "what have you done?" There is no appreciation for the store manager or salespeople. They only appreciate optometrists because they think that without optometrists, they can't run the store, but they believe the store can easily run without salespeople and managers.
