In Lockdowm company support all employee, like as pay the salary to all employee without any work .And after opening the company , management arrange medical test for all employee and provide all PPE to all employee and time to time the company sanitized to all his area etc.

Lenskart is a nightmare for optometrists! They make you clean the store, push you to sell like a salesperson, and torture you over eye test and sales targets. There’s ZERO respect for optoms you’re just another tool for their profits. Short on staff? Too bad, you’ll be sent to random stores anytime. They hire optometrists who don’t even know how to do an eye test, just to fill vacancies. They will make you work for more than 10 hrs without extra pay.They will force you to do more than 10 hours shift just to clean the store.The "happy employees" you see online? FAKE. No one stays for long because the work environment is toxic. If you have self-respect, DO NOT join Lenskart!

Bhumika Thakkar HRBP You took a lot of time to release my salary with certificate and in that also you are showing zero days notice period whereas we have done a full 1 month notice period survey this is very pathetic culture and this is completely wrong activity. Dear Team, I have already given notice period as per company Policy and systematic way. But I don't understand why FNF settlement 0 days notice period mention. Don't quote wrongly, Plz kindly do the needful. Overall V.v.v.poor experience & pathetic firm..

🦻👎👎👎👊 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10. If you stand store for growth 📈 they not appreciate. Moral of story :- Waste time & experience. big👎👎👎
