environment is good but there are no growth opportunities Employees are not valued in Lenskart. I would not suggest any one to wok with lenskart.

team mates good but politics is at large because less growth oppurtunites. on executive level they dont bother to increase salary at all wiether you continnue or leave. if you go ask your manager for appraisal they say " upper management has clearly denied for all if you find a better oppurtunity go". they who would like to work like that. There is no learning , they have created a process and you just have to follow that if you try to innovated or try to make some good changes for process your managers will not let you do that. earlier work life balance was good before lock down, but after lock down they have made executives life hell in work from home they deducted salary cut down incentives which you earned before lockdown, was also not credited. managers started threatening if you want to work with lenskart you will have to work like this (19hr/day, 20hr/day) else start looking for another job

🦻👎👎👎👊 1.Daily basis 3/4 hour extra time work.. 2.After Extra time work they can't provide full salary. 3.If store Target achieve, incentive not given to staff. 4.Daily concall 8/10 in unprofessional language. 5.Any time transfer to manpower 1 location to other. 6.Manpower crunch always. 7.Mistrey Audit used for staff cut incentive. 8.HR policy for Harrasment (Not support for any staff) 9.Store expenses used first for pocket when expenses submit for approval not approved. 10. If you stand store for growth 📈 they not appreciate. Moral of story :- Waste time & experience. big👎👎👎

No support No growth They will cut your salary shink part even after it's mistake of backend an AOM worst experience even at time of FNF they will cut your salary If u r from Optical background n u want earn more money n switch your career to retail then u can join 0 experience will be added to your Optical field

Salary gets credited on time.

Dislikes

Frequent shuffling of stores. Baised and unprofessional behaviour from AOM. Partiality and politics prevails within the cluster. If you are not a big Jalra then you have to suffer. All your efforts will not get unnoticed and will not be appreciated and your growth will be stopped by the AOM by giving bad remarks to the organisation. If you are a female employee then you can survive here, you will get all privilege by being nice to the AOM. Very cheap mentality.

Which company gives salary of 25000 or more. But it is not like that in Lenskart, it would be like better if the expenses are given according to the needs of the overall India GDP.
