But many young talent's life is disturbed by misleading career paths and poor management. Especially don't join the finance department. It lacks common sense among finance managers and their competition for getting the next role ruined the whole environment in the last couple of yrs.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
