Conservative salary benchmarking. While hiring, the company should look at the talent pool...Benchmarking as good idea, however not on the year of experience, it should be skill wise.

Company is very good, have great management leaders. Had good experience during WFH in covid times.

Dislikes

Inclusiveness between contract employees and permanent employees in leadership meetings is very less. Benefits are given more to permanent employees while comparing to contract employees. Can do better from management to treat & benefit everyone same.

Work-Personal life balance. No stringent hierarchy- you can schedule and meet the department director for a chat. Lots of avenue to socialize and develop interpersonal skills. Some managers have a vision and can help in your career growth ( happens if you are lucky) . Decent Pay.

Dislikes

Not all projects are challenging. Finding a mentor who can guide you can be difficult (but people are approachable). You should take initiatives to define your career path and voice your needs aloud. Else you will be lost in the crowd.
