Unlimited work hours, so if you don’t have any other work , no hobby , no family, and you only aim or you can say , if you are born to grow this company, only join then. 4. Worst politics , no clear responsiblities, no proper work guidelines, no proper process training , and lot of arrogance in every staff. 5. Anytime they can ask you to leave Organization, no matter since how long you are working here. 6. Currently company is on cost cutting , so you can imagine the appraisals.

They don't have proper LMS , all reports are maintaining in excel and the excel files are very heavy for work because of that your 10mins work will take 100mins for completing

Zero work life balance..no personal life left Seniors keep screams at you in calls and has no sense of talking Just google meets and data whole day due to which no time left for actual ground work. Too much data data.. 6 days working No leaves or other holidays Too much politics biased seniors Don't work here even if it's a last place on earth to work
