...ge, if they could not repay it, the company says they would take a legal action. No appraisal after your salary reached 50K a month, they start torturing you to leave. the employees are forced to join on their Thursday crickets and football matches, where if you score against a manager " welcome to hell". Even if you're injured during match, no leave granted. The managers would constantly ask them to your social media and then constantly peek in to your private life. "welcome to hell part 2". If you are going to be a part of this company, Good luck. may god save you from the trauma you're going to face.

The company's culture and no hierarchical structure makes the company very different from others Everyone is supportive and help you in moving ahead

Company Only Good from Outside From Inside People of Management are worst and included HR Team and Board Member also.

...w Management comes they are removing old staff with the silly reason are giving. 2)in that case we can't trust on this Company and HR Team are giving higher salary after joining and After 2 to 3 Months they are giving silly Reason and Asking for Resignation. 3)HR Team are very Worst in this Company any thing are Required first Replaced the HR. 4)HR don't Even think about the employees about financial related issue the disturbance will come and they will suffer. 5)If any thing are require Just Replaced HR

Can't remember any Edit - Just noticed that all positive 5 star reviews are written between 18th sep to 22nd Sep. Huge coincidence. This company used to do the same thing on glassdoor and force employees to write 5 star reviews. Height of being pathetic.

Redundant work. Anyone who left the company didn't even managed to get a better job because of no learning and less salary. I'm still making 30k a month because i decided to work here as a fresher and destroyed my career. Extreme work pressure. Zero work life balance. I suggest no one should go through such torture

A emp left the job and I join their, my super senior says, this location is completely under you.. And my reporting manager comes my location and collect business.. if he is using his contact to get business how can I do here.. No support by seniors to generate business.
