Management was highly toxic. They would intentionally compel employees to work on Saturdays and Sundays without any compensation. If you refused they would subject you to hostile environment, often humiliating you in front of the entire office. The founder and CEOs were primarily interested in office gossip and would pressure to employees to share such information with them. Then built a culture. It's like a rules and regulations as are in jail. Management is very arrogant, but expects gratitude from employees. No professionalism at work. Pune has more respects than employees, even though he is just a office boy. The technology team members are not skilled at all. They brag a lot about themselves. The Senior Ui developer has no technical skill. He does the work of project coordinator only.
