Management was highly toxic. They would intentionally compel employees to work on Saturdays and Sundays without any compensation. If you refused they would subject you to hostile environment, often humiliating you in front of the entire office. The founder and CEOs were primarily interested in office gossip and would pressure to employees to share such information with them.
