He frequently misbehaves and lacks basic communication skills, making it difficult for employees to approach him. His poor attitude and inability to interact respectfully create a toxic work environment.

I recently left my position at Leixir due to an increasingly toxic work environment fostered by the Senior IT Manager. The Senior IT Manager's leadership style can best be described as autocratic and biased, as he primarily listens to and favors sycophants. This has created a culture where sycophants are empowered to spread misinformation and manipulate situations to their advantage, often leading to indirect harassment of other staff members. Despite the General IT Manager being reasonable and fair, his influence is overshadowed by the Senior IT Manager's authority. This imbalance of power has resulted in a workplace rife with politics, making it challenging for employees who are not willing to engage in sycophancy to thrive or even survive. Ultimately, the pervasive favoritism and political maneuvering made it impossible for me to continue working there. I hope that Leixir addresses these issues promptly to create a healthier and more equitable work environment for its employees

I am giving this review with my deep observation. This is third class company,I would suggest never join this company. I spent almost 2 years there, I was never happy in this organisation. HR has no fixed policies, their policies will always change due to their benefits. Senior VP & General Manager has no enough knowledge to run a business. Production manager gives more chance to their buttering employees. I am still regretting that why I joined this company. If you are jobless don't join this company work hard to find better option against this company. Because this company spoil your professional career. Because there is no professionism. Manager always creates negative competition between their employees for his personal benefits. Some employees are doing nothing there since joining because they have good reference from upper management & the Employee name is Nitin Grover. If I talk about increment, only buttering employees gets good increment. No future No job secure No learning Toxic environment No respect by senior

don't join here. lots of politics in IT department. most of employee of relative of Sr. Manager - IT . Relatives don't want that someone other employee grow here. they creating toxic work environment for other employee. if you compliant HR or other seniors then Sr. Manager - IT will harass
