Company not giving salary in time. Minimum two months only salary given but common man not continues job this only problem to given our company current situation very difficult to working continue to job.

Intially I worked there in Gummidipoondi and then forced to transfer there to its unit at Pondicherry.Administratively reporting to Mr.Pillai and Other Reports to Mr Rangasayee O&M Head at Chennai. Due to this I struggled there and after one year I am in Leitwind Shriram Mfg Ltd reprting full to Mr.Shanmugam Pillai. Mr.Pillai is a gentle and one man Army under his control work there upto October 2014. Then I Transferred to Gummidippondi and I am reporting to Mr.Vetrivel Murugan AM Stores and KC RAO AGM Purchase. First I was there in Control Panel after Blade stores to Main Stores.Main stores I am doing computer Receipts SAP daily receipt Reports and Form JJ inputs for final product despatch.Delivery challan for Vehicle outwards .here I am forced to do some other additional Job including Copper scrap disposal Iron and aluminium plus SS scrap disposal. Two issues on that. This is Shriram group and forced to give the scrap to Mr.Mani a scrap merchant.During the time of KC Rao resignation i reject a scrap tender for rate dispute and unloded one full load of cut plates about 10 Mtons.This time our Mr.Balakrishnan GM SCM given the Judgement.This is a big victory for my Genuneity and a big issue in Shriram group.Then I gave one lot copper scrap to localwalaa (local politics) Shivaji scrap and this time also fhe scrap merchant against my action heep their hands tight with my fight against them is worthfull. After due to the company situation No Order I went to Abroad for two years in Construction Site.Misco Steel plant. Fight for right brings Victory.
