Company does not have Fundamental strong in Distribution, Company products sell good but retailers are not happy to sell with stock,work life balance poor,Very Process oriented company like CRM,LRKU,SMS,PMS,Concur.Review each Monday,not doing work in Market,Work only on Laptop.

Work life balance is very good, there are many learning opportunities & regular trainings.

Dislikes

There are many brands under Legrands & salary structure/perks are not standard. Annual appraisal is a bit less.

Exit management is tough and F&F depends on company they may hold or not give your full salary and there is a parity , management issue , parity in compensation,

Company policy is very bad there is no working environment, there is no job sequrity, withing 6 month they fired 25 employees without any notice pr reason .senior management is saving there jobs only.there is no training centre also , market is very negative for Legrand

There is a lot of politica and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but carrier growth is very slow

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
