They will offer you salary that will not even justify your work, they are experts in fooling people and the politics over there is really bad as most of the people over there has no work other than just to keep gossiping around( specially HR ) , she is the most inefficient person and just want everyone to sit and talk with her ( bunch of aunties sitting at their nukkad with their chai and snacks bitching about everyone's dressing sense, looks and commenting on their personal life. No job Security , they are expert in removing people on a one day prior notice. You will get to Learn nothing over here as they have only one concern and that is to check the amount of client they have closed by the end of every month even if they were on vaccation for the whole month. worst place to work , but if you like to party, you will love this place.

The Internal Environment of the company is far better than other Corporates. Since they believe more in hiring and promoting young generation, so there is more sense of positivity and growth over there.
