Good for freshers.. You can learn to handle the work pressure, customers handling. You can learn planning, production, logistics, quality with same designation.

Dislikes

No standard work timings, company owner believing that people who stay long has working more, no standard work flow.., zero 6S, production engineer responsible from planning to till dispatch. Customer phone calls directed to production engineers.., No standard for production output, inventory, defects. Concentrating only dispatches..
