Nothing special liking this firm. Works are assigned haphazardly. However, one may consider work life balance in this organization.

This law firm is worst in offering salary, and always discriminates. Just get exeprience of 1 year to get rid off from the fresher's tag. Very unethical in salary component structuring and increment.

On the job learning is good. The teammates are good and cooperative. It also teaches you life lessons from the horrible experiences dealing with the people in power here.

Dislikes

Zero acknowledgement for the hours and weekends you put in here. No fixed appraisal cycle. One of the least paying firms. That's not even the worst part. Partners don't know how to conduct themselves in a professional setup and value their egos over "logic". They need soft skill training more than anything.
