Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,i have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Managers do not valu and individuals,unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.There is no on-job Training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by stem,which is a pain sometimes.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company.
