Fast paced if you want to work in such envs, gets to learn business of any product.

Unfortunately everything. being fast paced, people lack empathy here. All they care is business. They do not have any vision whatsoever, just jumping on hypetrain with a company being a GPT wrapper tool and nothing else. You will be ALWAYS expected to overwork 10+ hrs a day, and if not, you will be deemed as a non hardworking person and there comes all the negative feedbacks for you. Management don't care about employees physical and mental health. Worst case, you will be asked to justify your (ironically) 8 hours of work, second-per-second. Egoistic management. No growth for career, no promotions at all. It has become a hell to work here now. There used to be good people who were keeping the company sane, but all are leaving now, and there's no replacement for anyone. Shadow layoffs, forced resgination and no replacements... you know where this goes. Employees are least valued, and least heard here. Ironic that they are creating the product to 'enhance employee experience' and their own employees experience is unheard. Even people here use the chatbot just once in a blue moon when some notification comes up (which can be a @channel notification on general group). TLDR; no management, just cares about money, employees mental and physical health is as ignored as a pebble on the beach, work 10+ hrs or you'll be deemed as slacking employee, no job security, shadow layoffs and forced resignation, no recognition, promotion, growth, and product itself is ironically not used here. Does not stand with its own words and tagline.

I liked to work with the team but not higher management. Higher management is aggressive by work and words. HR itself claims that they will not adapt cultural changes. For males it's a good organisation but for females they don't respect at all. Being into HRIS they don't want to understand the pain even for months they sell HRIS but not used for their own company. They relied on 3rd party.

Culture is very poor. Managers shout on female employees. Heard the story from female coworkers. HR threats if you ask for help in improving culture. They amicably destroy your work environment. Leadership team pitch is to sell HRIS to understand the emotions of employee and help them in solving problems but this is not happening in their own company No agile is followed in terms of work. Taking about technologies in frontend they use backdated packages and the word is not much entertaining. PIP is offen given to the person at the time of appraisal. So it's not a stable company.
