Unfortunately, my positive experiences at Leegality were overshadowed by a series of negative interactions and workplace dynamics. The pervasive environment of rude and demoralizing words and micromanagement by reporting manager of QA where my every task and break were scrutinized, contributing significantly to a stressful atmosphere. The lack of support from QA colleagues, who often displayed negativity, left me feeling isolated and unappreciated. This negative atmosphere was deeply demoralizing and made it difficult to maintain enthusiasm and productivity. The initiation of a Performance Improvement Plan, despite my consistent best efforts, added to the stress and fear of job insecurity. This combination of factors culminated in a work environment that felt both unsupportive and hostile, compelling me to resign to preserve my mental health and well-being.
