here the working culture is too good when the seniors are listen to employee. now the situation is company is too bad because here working employee is not consider by company. when rumors about an employee arise, a thorough investigation is essential to gather all prespectives allow each employee to voice their thought. unfortunately, in my case, I was not given this chance . instead, I faced pressure to resign and was threatened with a trasfer to another state.

As a result, I get to travel abroad, site travel is completely dependent on your project and client location. Mine is a India based client and they have some office in Gujarat.
