I enjoy the work environment and company culture in my present role,however they increased salary when we reach the target but still I feel yearly appraisals should be there otherwise everything is good

I truly enjoyed going into my work everyday. My team made me feel like a part of family, helped me grow, and allowed me to explore my skills. Definitely I felt like the work I was doing was making difference.

I am not satisfied with my salary so the main reason I left this job. Although my teammates support me.

If you are gives your best every day so their is no risk to lost your job. They are treat equally , All my teammates are friendly and supportive , and 100% career growth because they are gives proper training ,and 100% job security

Lack of professionalism , Lack of motivation , Some Seniors Shows there unnecessary importance and authority which is Sometimes hammering on your mental health...
